We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients company. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation. Support internal teams with clerical duties as required. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Training will be given Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
