Teaching Personnel work alongside several schools around castle vale, Minworth and North Solihull, who are currently recruiting for SEN teachers to work in mainstream primary schools.
This role will include working closely with the SENDCo's to deliver group sessions and lessons to children in mainstream schools who require additional support and have SEN requirements.
The ideal candidate:
- can work effectively as part of a team ensuring the children are looked after, safe, and learning from the content being delivered
-can effectively plan lessons for children with SEN ensure targets are met for each child
-has experience supporting / teaching children with autism and/or associated learning difficulties
-understands the social, emotional, and academic needs of those with ASD
- is commited to the building and maintaining of positive relationships
-has a warm and friendly positive approach in the classroom
- is caring, patient and understanding

Pay rates are competitve and include an additional SEN allowance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
