Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an adult-care lawyer on a 3 month rolling contract to cover their permanent recruitment.
Candidates with a background in local government adults work without full legal qualification will be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have at least 2 years prior adult care experience.
2. Have previous experience with Community DOLS and Court of Protection work.
3. Be experienced working for local authorities.
4. Be comfortable assisting a team of senior lawyers with s16s and s21As.
5. Have two employment references available upon request.
