Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Epping Meadows.

Role requirements and responsibilities:
* Based @ Epping Meadows Care Community.
* Experience in Sales / Administration roles.
* Business Development Experience - from a relevant field, essential.
* Proven Track Record Relationship Building experience essential.
* Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome.
* Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours.
* Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
* Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.
* Monitoring service standards and customer feedback.
* Reception and other administration duties where required.
