Where will you fit in?
You will partner with the leadership team, supporting our acquisition strategy and leading change management initiatives. You will bring your expertise in TUPE, employee consultation, and M&A processes to influence HR practices across both the division and our wider group. Reporting to our Group Head of HR, you will collaborate closely with the business and the broader HR team. Your role will include:

We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. After training, we offer hybrid working.
You’ll need to be flexible for regular visits to our various offices, particularly in London and Waterlooville.
What do you need to succeed?
* Proven experience in generalist HR roles, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and expertise in TUPE, employee consultation, and M&A processes. CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential) and experience in the financial services sector (would be a plus)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality. You’ll be an organised self-starter with a strategic, analytical mindset, capable of influencing senior management and working collaboratively
* Proficient in HRIS and IT tools, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
