Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Team Leader. We are looking for a candidate that has strong mentoring/developing of colleagues' experience and someone that is driven on driving sales activity and someone who can get the best out of their team.
You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including mentoring, driving growth and getting stuck in within the team.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against KPI’s set and conducting regular 1-2-1’s.
* Be responsible for customer engagement and be the forefront of the team with any queries that may creep up.
* Assessing the team’s skill set and using their skills to their advantage on providing mentoring support and ensure appropriate training is scheduled for individual team members.
* Be responsible for the team’s daily activity relating to sales and providing all CRM updates, opportunity management, vendor training and engagement.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a target driven sales environment and someone who has experience in getting the best out of their team.
* You will understand internal sales team functions and how to manage and coach your team to boost sales activity.
* You will have experience of managing a team's KPI’s and be able to identify when more training is needed and be a support network to your team.
* Understanding of the sales process and have management of activities on KPI’s.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable in using a broad range of communication styles.
Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage, but we are essentially looking for someone with direct sales experience in any sector whether that IT, mobile phones, broadband or within a B2B environment. If this is you, click apply for immediate consideration.
