Your Mission
* Familiar with brand philosophy and spirit, able to convey brand stories, always proactively interact with customers to create an enthusiastic and diverse brand experience.
* Knowledgeable about product knowledge and application scenarios, actively exploring and listening to customer sports needs, able to provide professional solutions for different sports requirements.
* Adjust product displays according to display standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal adjustments.
* Operate product management according to operational standards, including receiving/returning stock, inventory management, loss prevention, cash register management, checking out, verifying accounts, operating the return system, opening/closing store, and daily reviews.
* Proactively and effectively cooperate with the store manager or substitute to complete daily work plans and ensure smooth handovers.
* Establish long-term connections with customers by actively sharing brand community activities, after-sales service policies, etc.
* Support the preparation and reception of On community activities, assisting in the smooth conduct of events and enhancing in-store experiences.
* Proactively provide ideas and suggestions for work improvements, actively participate in store meetings to share feedback, and work with the store manager and team to achieve store action plan goals.
* Lead product training/community/display/online content aspects based on store project systems.
* Take responsibility for personal growth and development, able to proactively think and work with the store manager to formulate personal development action plans.
Your story
* You are a sports enthusiast with a certain sports foundation and a passion for exploring sports.
* You are positive, energetic, eager to explore the unknown, and actively learn.
* You have good verbal communication skills and proactive communication abilities, enjoy listening, and actively provide help and suggestions to others, committed to providing customers with a WOW shopping experience.
* You are open to receiving and giving feedback, recognizing it as the cornerstone and motivation for personal growth.
* You are curious about consumers and the retail industry and willing to explore.
* You can accept flexible retail working hours and cooperate with weekend or holiday overtime, working five days and resting two, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with strong stress resistance.
* You are proactive, have a team spirit, and relevant retail work experience is preferred.
* Candidates with running experience, running group experience, display knowledge, and training skills will be given priority.
* Basic English communication skills for customer reception are preferred.
