We are looking for a 2x part time Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues at Forward House. What Youll Be Doing: Greeting visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional welcome. Managing the sign-in process, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests appropriately. Keeping stock levels maintained, including tea, coffee, stationery, and cleaning supplies. Ensuring the reception and common areas are always clean, presentable, and well-maintained. Assisting with meeting room bookings and ensuring they are set up as required. Providing a discreet and professional service when hosting executives and visitors. Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person queries efficiently. Monitoring building access and ensuring security protocols are followed. Managing incoming and outgoing post, including courier arrangements. Who Were Looking For: A friendly, approachable, and professional individual with a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or facilities support role is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive mindset and willingness to assist with various tasks to support the smooth operation of the building. Why Join Us?
