In this key position, you will manage people, procedures, and processes within the department, ensuring the team consistently meets and surpasses business targets. We are looking for an experienced professional capable of effectively leading a team of Engineers and Administrators.

As the Project Manager you will be:
1. Classifying new projects internally and ensure adherence to established procedures throughout the project lifecycle
2. Coordinating production scheduling and assign delivery dates for all work orders
3. Lead and manage internal Project Engineers and Project Support Admin
4. Working with Sales and Proposals teams on new projects
5. Managing new product development, prototypes, and launches.
6. Overseeing ERP system change control, including updates to BOMs and Routes.
Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a candidate who excels in personal efficiency, time management, and prioritization, with strong organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage diverse personalities, build relationships, and collaborate effectively. A qualification in Project Management and a degree within an engineering discipline are also required.
