Senior Vice President, Program and Project Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Program and Project Management to join our Enterprise Change Hub (ECH) team. This role is located in Manchester and is currently hybrid requiring 3 days in the office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Manages all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that are focused on managing aspects of the project/program to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
2. Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects and defines and assigns major project roles.
3. Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Monitors the program/project from initiation through completion.
4. Leads and provides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
5. Manages and oversees the end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of high complexity.
6. Directs and controls all work performed. Reports and escalates progress/issues to Sr. management, as needed.
7. Develops detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks and resource allocation. Monitors project results for significant deviations.
8. Manages vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
9. Serves as a liaison between clients and internal groups to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
10. Manages communication with business leaders at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
1. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
2. Relevant work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
