Job Description
Castlefield Recruitment is working with a large Not for Profit organisation in Merseyside to recruit a Transactional Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with a salary of £49,000.
Responsibilities
* Support the effective management of AP/AR processing functions, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and processes.
* Manage, develop, and coach direct reports to deliver services aligned with company policies.
* Produce and analyze key performance indicators to foster continuous improvement.
* Handle internal and external queries promptly and effectively.
* Operate internal controls, rectify errors, and enhance internal control measures as needed.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a similar role managing transactional staff is essential.
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial matters to non-specialists.
* Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
