Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help lead our sales operations to new heights.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales team, ensuring the achievement of both individual and team sales targets. You will be a key figure in developing and executing strategies to maximise revenue and expand our client base, while maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires a combination of leadership, industry knowledge, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
* Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
* Create and maintain a positive and high-energy working environment.
* Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and meet business objectives.
* Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Regularly review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
* Client Relationships and Business Development:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property sellers, buyers, and clients.
* Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, offering advice and guidance throughout the buying/selling process.
* Lead business development initiatives, including marketing strategies and client outreach to expand the agency's reach.
* Market Knowledge and Reporting:
* Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
* Provide insights on market conditions, pricing trends, and areas of opportunity.
* Compliance and Company Policies:
* Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and all relevant industry regulations and standards.
* Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in sales and leadership (minimum of 3-5 years).
* Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating a sales team to exceed targets.
* In-depth knowledge of the property market, including local trends, regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build lasting client relationships and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in using property management and CRM software.
Qualifications:
* Full driving license
* Relevant qualifications in estate agency or real estate are desirable but not essential (e.g., NAEA, ARLA).
