You would be joining a leading Contractor, providing Building Construction & Refurbishment, Restoration and Conservation, and Civil Engineering services.
Comes with Pension, 28 Days Holiday, Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone, and Laptop.
Day to Day: Site Management and Contracts Management.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all work and activity on site.
Ensuring that HSEQ is given the highest priority in delivery in the delivery of their works.
Communicate with Site and Office Management Teams, and sub-contractors.
Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes / variations, subcontractors attendance.
Qualifications: 5 years experience as a Site Manager.
Experience within a Live Hospital Environment.
SMSTS / Gold Card / First Aid / Asbestos Awareness.
Ability to work on their own initiative with no supervision.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and able to travel with the role.
