What You'll Do:
* HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing accurate and practical advice to managers and employees.
* Recruitment Management: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires.
* HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
* Payroll Administration: Process weekly payroll accurately, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
* Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
* HR Operations: Assist in investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Learning and Development: Organise training programs, support induction processes, and facilitate performance management activities.
About You:
Essential Skills:
* CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
* At least 1 year of experience in an HR administration or generalist role.
* Proven experience managing recruitment campaigns.
* Familiarity with disciplinary and grievance processes.
* A full UK driving license.
