Pertemps Stoke is excited to announce an opening for a Booking Administrator at our clients facility in Cheadle (ST10). This dynamic role involves managing the booking of deliveries, handling essential paperwork and utilising an in house computer system for efficient operation.
Key responsibilities for this Booking Administrator role:
1. Accurately receive and complete the booking of deliveries
2. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
3. Utilise the in house computer system to manage bookings and inventory
4. Assist with traffic marshalling when required to support the team
5. Any other duties relating to the role
Key skills required for this Booking Administrator role:
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role
7. Confidence in using computers and navigating in house systems is required
8. Previous experience in administrative role would be an advantage
9. Ability to work quickly and accurately ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
10. Comfortable working as part of a close team
11. Must be reliable and punctual
