Job summary As lead Pharmacy Technician you will, under the guidance of the Prison Pharmacist and senior management team at HMP Styal, lead the Pharmacy team in the provision of a safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical service to prisoners (hereafter known as service users). Main duties of the job This role will involve mentoring and developing the skillset of the wider pharmacy team by improving patient safety in line with the national strategy for medicines optimisation and pharmacy services. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the in-house dispensary ensuring efficiency and consistency.
