This opportunity comes at an exciting time for the hospice, which has expanded its well-regarded and highly-respected community Clinical Nurse Specialist team as well as launching a hospice at home pilot. This new post holder will work flexibly across clinical services and although primarily based on the inpatient unit, will have opportunities to develop community palliative medicine experience.
