Duties & Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
2. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth IT setups and departures.
3. Support employees with hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
4. Maintain and update IT documentation, including ticketing systems and internal user guides.
5. Collaborate on additional IT projects and assist the IT Manager with operational tasks.
What Experience is Required
1. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and fundamental IT concepts.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and logical under pressure.
