You will be working closely with the Service Manager, Engineers and the rest of the Service Team to maintain the highest level of service & support to their clients.
Key tasks will include:
1. Day to day management of assigned engineer's diaries and workload
2. Contacting clients to schedule in engineer appointments
3. Daily processing of client requests for engineer appointments
4. Management & ownership of routine maintenance visits to ensure they are completed within the required time frames
5. Management and ownership of corrective and small installation jobs for assigned regions including booking in with clients, ordering required equipment and arranging overnight accommodation for engineer as required
