Junior HR Business Partner - LDB

You will partner with our field sales and medical representative teams, acting as a trusted advisor to promote a healthy, high-performance culture. A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Business Partnership: Work alongside our managers, enabling them to lead their teams effectively, providing guidance and support on topics such as: hiring, performance management, engagement, learning needs, inclusion and employee relations.
* Deliver People Experience Cycles: Collaborate closely with the LDB Senior HR Business Partner to deliver core people cycles such as engagement surveys, quarterly goal connects, annual merit review, career development training & talent reviews.
* Day-to-Day HR Operations: Assist with daily HR tasks, including instigating employee changes on our people system (Success Factors), reporting, and other administrative duties.
* Policy Implementation & Communication: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the LDB division.
* Project Support: Contribute to various HR projects, such as process improvements, organisational development, culture initiatives or change activities.
* Employee Relations Focus: Provide guidance and support on a variety of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Ensure adherence to best practices, regulations, and L'Oréal's values.
