You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web based solutions within the JUMP technology stack. You will work closely with other members of the design, marketing, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and within budget, all underpinned with delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for designing and develop web-based applications and websites using OctoberCMS, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js and other related technologies
* Collaborate with the design and development team members to define project requirements and specifications
* Responsible for participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
* Responsible for ensuring that all code is compliant with industry standards and best practices
* Responsible for developing and maintaining databases and database-driven applications
* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
* Work with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
* Provide technical support via Helpdesk to clients and end-users as needed
* Document code and application functionality for future reference
* Responsible for delivering projects within budget.
About you
* Proven experience as a PHP/Laravel developer or similar
* Proficient in PHP/Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js and related technologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other developers
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
* Understanding of web security best practices
* Communicate effectively with clients and third-party vendors
* Knowledge of content management systems such as OctoberCMS is beneficial but not essential.
