Job Title : HR Project Coordinator Location : Remote Contract : 4 months, Inside IR35 Hourly Rate : £30 - £35 Job Description: The Project Coordinator will support the EMEA Rewards Team within the Capital Markets division. The role focuses on assisting in compensation planning projects, including updating country pay ranges, supporting the annual pay review, and assisting with data analytics and reporting for HR. This is a critical role for the team and will provide exposure to high-level rewards and compensation planning tasks. Core Responsibilities: Compensation Planning : Help update country base pay ranges using an Excel-based tool, reviewing market data, producing data analytics, identifying anomalies, and coordinating with the reward team. Annual Pay Review Support : Assist with planning, system readiness, testing, advising business-facing HR teams on the process, and reporting on completion and budget anomalies. Data Analytics : Analyze compensation data to support decision-making and provide day-to-day advice to HR business partners. Project Support : Assist the Reward Partner in meetings, with data analytics, and in providing advice on total rewards. Candidate Profile: Top 3 Skills : Advanced Excel proficiency for data analytics and insights. HR experience, specifically within Total Rewards or People Analytics (3-5 years). HR Project Management experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements: Analytical and Numerical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate them into actionable solutions. HR Knowledge : Experience with pay structures, pay reviews, and benchmarking is advantageous. HR Technology : Familiarity with Workday, MarketPay, or similar HR tools is a plus. Education : A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in HR, Business, or a related field. Soft Skills : Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of responsibilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Fully remote role, but based in London with no external client interaction, only internal stakeholders (HR, business partners).
