Are you a dynamic Client Success Manager ready to shape the future of executive networking? Our client is an industry-leading organisation that connects senior Finance and Tax leaders, providing them with the insights, connections, and resources needed to drive impactful results.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Client Success Manager (Programme Delivery) to oversee network programs, cultivate member engagement, and ensure the highest standards of satisfaction. In this influential role, you will work closely with executives, offering them support and strategic insight while managing multiple network programs.
As a Membership Programme Account Executive, your time will be divided between crafting and executing engaging program content, ensuring that each client experiences maximum value from their network and handling essential account administration. You’ll play a critical role in developing member engagement plans, identifying areas for growth, and driving account renewals. This role is vital to ensuring the clients find real, actionable value in the programs, with outcomes that support both their success and the network’s excellence. Meeting renewal targets and surpassing NPS benchmarks will be at the core of your achievements.
To excel in this role, you’ll need experience in relationship management and a keen understanding of the strategic challenges faced by today’s Finance and Tax business leaders. You’re someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn about each client’s needs, and passionate about driving results.
A successful candidate will have a background in client success or account management, ideally from an events or membership background, with the ability to communicate effectively, deliver value-driven results, and motivate client engagement. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial to managing accounts and providing a seamless client experience.
