Job Title: Sales Administrator (Estate Agency)
Location: Cobham, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator for a busy Estate Agency in the Cobham area of Surrey. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with property sales, and providing day-to-day support to the Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all property-related administrative duties
2. Manage diaries and schedules for the Directors
3. Prepare property documents and sales reports
4. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
5. Assist in the organisation of property viewings and meetings
6. Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors
Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience in an estate agency or similar environment
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
3. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure
5. Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
