Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sensoteq’s marketing activities across our regions and industry sectors, utilising a wide range of marketing techniques to develop a compelling global brand identity and deliver the marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading and growing the marketing team across digital, content, graphical, copywriting and PR remits, while working closely with the wider business development, sales and product teams to deliver a world-class marketing portfolio. By optimising our performance across digital and social platforms you will drive significant sales traffic and enquiries; leveraging Google Ads, SEO and e-commerce to boost marketing reach and raise awareness internationally. You will also work closely with our Distributors, Partners and end Users to grow our brand presence, ultimately developing a brand narrative that our customers, stakeholders and team can be proud of.
Key Job Functions
* Manage Sensoteq’s Marketing function, developing strategic short-term and long-term initiatives to grow our global brand identity and maximise return on investment for the marketing budget through careful planning and execution.
* Manage and grow the Sensoteq marketing team in line with business growth, ensuring team members are skilled across a variety of marketing disciplines.
* Manage and develop Sensoteq’s online platforms, including website, e-commerce and socials to drive brand awareness and promote lead generation.
* Develop Sensoteq’s SEO strategy, boosting our audience reach and marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with third party agencies to develop our Google Ads strategy, driving new sales leads through our digital platforms and ensuring value for money and quality.
* Oversee Sensoteq’s brand across digital, print, and sales in global markets and multi-languages, ensuring a unique and compelling international presence.
* Support our Distributors and Partners to deliver strong brand messaging to their audiences, providing suitable digital and print tools to assist with their marketing efforts.
* Produce compelling technical and general copywriting to promote Sensoteq across a variety of target markets.
* Manage Sensoteq’s brand presence at trade shows and conferences, leveraging digital channels to promote attendance and provide event coverage.
* Collaborate with the sales, product, HR and business development teams to develop appropriate brand and digital content.
* Integrate AI within the marketing function to reduce workload and maximise outputs and budget.
* Use industry networks and thought leadership to create digital content, showcasing distributors and partners to strengthen global presence and credibility.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines to be used company-wide and ensure these are adhered to.
* Boost digital engagement by promoting Sensoteq’s content across various channels while analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and team management role.
* Degree educated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience within these fields).
* Experience working with multi-national companies as well as SMEs.
* Excellent communications skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to meet the needs of the varying external audiences and industries, across all marketing channels.
* Extensive experience of website and social media management, e-commerce, Google Ads and social media advertising.
* Experience in developing, managing and optimising SEO strategy.
* Experience in a wide range of marketing platforms including graphical design, editing, website and CRM platforms.
* Experience in managing events and exhibitions and willing to travel globally.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, team members, and stakeholders, and deliver at high quality.
* Relevant industry experience in electronics, engineering or the tech sector.
* Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
