Working as part of a team you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service in South Bucks. From managing care needs with clients and their families to supporting a team of care professionals, from setting and managing rotas to keeping essential records up-to-date. You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done, in an environment that’s busy and fluid. We are looking for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join our busy, growing team. Experience with Access People Planner would be a distinct benefit but training will be provided if you have used other rota systems.
