We have an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Management Team as a Housing Advisor on a 12andnbsp; Month FTC Secondmentandnbsp; (37 hrs per week), to provide an effective and responsive housing management service and deliver positive outcomes for our tenants.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with proven experience of supporting tenants who is approachable, compassionate and has a genuine passion to provide a high quality service to our tenants. You will need to haveandnbsp;andnbsp;effective communication skills, be able to handle potentially difficult situations and have the organisational skills to prioritise a demanding workload in a busy environment whilst maintaining accurate records and high standards in service delivery across all aspects of the role.
The role is varied and you will be involved in all aspects of tenancy management including dealingandnbsp;with a wide range of queries from customers and other internal departments both face to face, via the telephone and digitallyandnbsp; along with providng administrative support to the Housing Officers. You will also be required to conduct external visits such as estate walkabouts, statutory gas service visits and other site visits with tenants, stakeholders and council members.andnbsp;
You should have 2 yearsand#39; experience of administration and clerical duties, alongside experience of working with policies and procedures.andnbsp;
**This post requires a standard DBS check.**
**Once fully trainedandnbsp; there will be the opportunity to work in a hybrid way based upon service needs/demands**
