Description
* Facility Management of three sites across the UK including managing the relationship with all suppliers and service providers
* Vendor Management
* Contract Management
* Support development of procurement strategies across all categories
* Budgeting and Cost control
* Policy Development and Compliance
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and manage the annual facilities budget.
* Manage and oversee the facilities management team.
* Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
Profile
To be considered you should have:
1. A qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management or related would be advantageous
2. Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain) or IFMA (International Facility Management Association) are a plus
3. Experience of general procurement strategy
