Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Location: Piccadilly Circus
Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary (3 months minimum)
Days/Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day facilities tasks as directed by the Facilities team.
Supervise contractors performing minor works, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with the in-house decorating team and the CAFM administrator to coordinate works and plan schedules.
Conduct weekly site inspections, focusing on maintenance issues and facilities checks.
Manage stores for general spares and work closely with the maintenance manager for updates.
Assist with Legionella-related tasks and liaise with contractors and the maintenance team.
Coordinate with our outsourced maintenance team to resolve outstanding issues effectively.
Work alongside specialised contractors for drainage and other essential services to ensure satisfactory completion.
Requirements:
Previous maintenance/facilities management experience or similar.
Experience in the FOH, theatre, hotel, or leisure industry would be desirable
Proactive and flexible attitude-demonstrate a 'can do' spirit even under pressure.
Strong clients focus with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Adaptable to changing requirements with a professional approach.
Demonstrable management experience, including overseeing attendance issues.
Familiarity with CAFM systems is preferred.
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management and Legionella management/awareness.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven record of accomplishment in maintenance or hard services within the FM sector.
Knowledge of soft FM, security, and FOH services would be desirable
