Develop innovative opportunities for interdepartmental and intradepartmental project collaborations ? Use a range of assessment methods and provide outstanding and prompt feedback to inspire learners ? Complete learner one-to-one tutorials and individual learning plans on a bi-termly basis ? Facilitate the wide-range of enrichment trips and guest speaker events arranged across the year ? Work towards a stable learner retention and qualification achievement rate ? Undertake in-house training to remain up-to-date with awarding body expectations ? Support learners to prepare for their assessed end-of-year project
