Role: B1 Licenced Engineer - A320 specialist
Location : Gatwick
Hours : 40 per week - Days
Salary: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on multiple aircraft types.
* Carry out routine and non-routine inspections, troubleshooting, and rectifications.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
* Complete detailed technical reports and maintenance records.
* Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Manage parts and materials to ensure timely availability for maintenance tasks.
* Assist in the development and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures,
* Ensure all work is performed in line with company procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
* Support the station workload as requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
* UK CAA Part-66 B1 License (required) with valid ratings on the A320 family, specifically the A321 (PW1100G)
* Significant experience working as a B1 Engineer, with a strong focus on A320 series aircraft, preferably with the A321 PW1100
* Able to prove 6 months of recency on type within the past 24 months.
* Experience with aircraft systems including avionics, structures, engines, and components.
* Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and safety procedures.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team, and on your own, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work on various shifts (including nights, weekends, and on-call if necessary).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Right to work in the UK (possibility for sponsorship available).
