Opus are supporting a renowned client who are currently undergoing a huge digital transformation involving a greenfield ServiceNow implementation.
As they take their first steps into the ServiceNow space, they are looking for an experienced technical specialist with hands on development & configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
This is a pivotal position for a huge client that are heavily reinvesting into their current platform. You will be the go to for ServiceNow capabilities, configuring the platform workflows, change management, incident management, reporting & dashboards as well as 3rd party application creation & integration.
Whilst having the technical understanding, they are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, can manage & liaise with stakeholders effectively in order to understand the needs of each business unit whilst working collaboratively with cross functional team's.
You will be the first ServiceNow SME in the company where you will shortly have a team built around you as they begin to build their own ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. You will have immediate support from the software engineering team & DevOps specialists within the business.
What they are looking for:
* 3+ year's ServiceNow implementation experience
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM & CSM implementations
* ITIL methodologies
* Excellent communication skills & ability to manage stakeholders
* Competent with both development & configuration on the ServiceNow platform
* Well versed with Java, HTML, CSS, Python
* REST/SOAP API's
* ServiceNow certified CSA & CAD is highly desirable
