Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell new homes on a large development site.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
3. Guide clients through shared ownership options (preferred experience).
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in new homes sales is essential.
2. Experience with shared ownership is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
1. 5 days a week (Thursday – Monday).
