The Role:
* Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences for students with Special Educational Needs
* Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning styles
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and parents to support student progress
* Use assessment and observation to tailor learning and interventions effectively
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferably in a school setting)
* Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, EHCPs, and differentiation techniques
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A compassionate and patient approach to teaching
