Job Summary: The Junior Amazon Assistant will be responsible for the daily operations of the Amazon business, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves optimising product listings, handling customer enquiries, monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Management: Create, manage and optimise product listings across Amazon marketplaces Optimisation: Conduct keyword research and enhance product titles, descriptions, bullet points and backend search terms for better visibility. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ listings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Customer Service : Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction to maintain positive seller ratings. Feedback & Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and implementing improvements to enhance brand reputation. Inventory & Buy Box Management : Track stock levels, coordinate restocking with the team and implement strategies to maintain the Amazon Buy Box. Sales & Performance Analysis : Monitor sales trends, prepare reports and suggest data-driven optimisations to improve performance. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and prevent potential account issues. Requirements: Education : A-Level or equivalent experience required. Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is an advantage but not essential. Technical Skills : Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Amazon tools and analytics platforms is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Attention to Detail : A high level of accuracy in listing management and optimisation.
