Salary: £26,475.00 basic, OTE £60,000.00, Realistic Targets ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Field Sales Representative, you'll visit residential customers door-to-door, introducing them to a new broadband product. This role offers uncapped commission, allowing you to take charge of your earnings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Field-based door-to-door sales, visiting customers' homes. Answering questions and explaining product features (full training provided). Achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships. Communicating relevant local feedback to internal teams. WHAT YOU BRING: Proven sales experience, ideally door-to-door (telecoms or utilities preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different customers. Confidence in handling objections and a tenacious attitude to succeed.
