Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £60,000
Job Type: Hybrid - 1 day at home per week.
JGA are partnered with a leading international business that are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to head up their payroll function for their hourly paid employees.
You will enjoy 1 day working from home per week, and the chance to build a strong payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with deadlines and UK legislation.
2. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to implement payroll changes, maintain accurate staff cost records, and address employee queries confidentially.
3. Manage year-end procedures, including preparing and distributing reports such as P11Ds, P60s, and month/year-end documentation.
4. Develop and maintain a Payroll Operating Manual and train colleagues to ensure consistent payroll process coverage.
5. Monitor and improve the accuracy of Time and Attendance data in collaboration with operational teams.
6. Coordinate with international payroll agencies and EMEA Finance teams to ensure compliance with regional reporting requirements.
7. Oversee pension auto-enrolment compliance, advise on legislative changes, and implement updated processes.
8. Organize employee communications, including individual pension meetings and seminars, to inform and guide contribution options.
Skills Required:
1. Significant experience processing hourly paid payroll.
2. Experience in a sole role and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
3. Strong T&A systems knowledge.
4. UK and International payroll experience.
