What you'll be doing:
- Ensure high-quality stakeholder service and manage contractors and equipment.

Honours (first or second class) degree in Science or a Science related subject, e.g. B.Sc.(Hons) or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience sufficient to resolve complex technical problems
- Ability to analyse, compare, interpret and make judgements based on data
- Can demonstrate where change has been brought about to achieve a positive outcome
- Experience in operational management, having managed a site or team.
- Leadership skills required for management of a team, able to implement HR procedures e.g. appraisal, attendance mgt, grievance and disciplinary
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload appropriately.
- Focus on the customer & provision of workable solutions to meet clients' requirements consistently.
