What You'll Do:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular meetings.
2. Secure new business through networking, cold calling, and reactivating dormant accounts.
3. Promote umbrella and accountancy services to clients.
4. Collaborate with the office-based team to maintain service standards and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
1. Sales experience (field or office-based) with excellent communication skills.
2. Confidence, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of the recruitment or umbrella services sector is a bonus.
