A well-established business, with over 40 years’ experience in their field, based in Burton on Trent, are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Duties will include:
1. Reception work
2. Answering calls and dealing with phone enquiries
3. Scanning
4. Photocopying
5. Working on spreadsheets
6. General administration
This is a temporary role for around 1 - 2 months with the opportunity for it to become permanent for the right person. You will have previous experience within a reception/secretarial role and be used to multitasking.
You will be offered a salary of £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Free parking is available.
