As part of our dedicated team of consultants, you will offer advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.

* Learn our customers' needs and recommend from our range of 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products that will make them feel good.
* Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service.
