Job Title: Acute Physiotherapist - Leeds Banding: 6/7 Location: Leeds Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2 months Rate: £24-£32 per hour We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Physiotherapist to join our team in Leeds. This role is essential in providing high-quality physiotherapy services within an acute hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, ensuring effective discharge planning, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the physiotherapy department. Responsibilities: As an Acute Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients in an acute hospital setting. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and timely discharges, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Your role will also involve participating in departmental meetings, contributing to service development, and ensuring compliance with NHS standards and guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent HCPC registration Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NHS setting Experience in an acute hospital environment Proficiency in discharge planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Why work with Pulse?
