Consortia are working with one of the largest software consultancies in the UK to help the government and public sector complete some of the biggest and most challenging projects available. There are multiple Product Manager positions available, dependent on the skillset and experience of the candidate. The role will give the individual a chance to work on a multitude of projects and work alongside some of the best Product Managers and leaders to help guide the product from inception to a final product.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value. You will have an analytical and technical mindset and your day-to-day would involve analysing data to recommend service improvements and make informed decisions. You will report into the Head of Product and work as part of a scrum team and support the team in delivery.
You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities.
Here are some key requirements for the Product Manager:
1. Must have Product Manager experience in a commercial or technical environment.
2. Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
3. Negotiation skills, and not afraid to challenge customer's decision in a non-confrontational style.
4. Demonstrable experience of delivering as part of an agile team.
5. Excellent communication, listening, written and verbal skills.
This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who will flexible and can work away from home when needed, for up to two days a week.
