Job Role: Our accommodation team support and work with young people aged 16 to 21 years old. As Accommodation Project Workers, you will assist and interact with residents to ensure they have basic life skills to enable them to develop the necessary skills to support their successful resettlement.
Skills and Experience: In summary, successful applicants will have the following qualities:
* Great interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver good face-to-face customer care
* A good understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to work in a non-judgemental and non-discriminatory way
* Ability to interact with young people in a positive and confident manner
* Ability to work under pressure
* Experience using computers
* Positive outlook and able to work as part of a team
Days and Hours: This post is contracted for 37.5 hours per week on a 6-week rota basis consisting of a mix of early, middle, and late shifts. Shifts will include evenings and bank holidays and working 1 weekend in 6.
Salary and Benefits: Salary is £25,506, plus additional benefits include:
* 5 weeks holiday plus public holiday allowance (Pro rata for part-time staff)
