About the role St Elizabeth’s is looking for an Administrative Officer to digitalise all historical paper records across the charity. We are undergoing significant digital change as an organisation that requires our data services to operate and innovate effectively. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the core records we hold are efficiently catalogued, scanned and digitised in line with GDPR. The individual in this role will work with the various service areas in the organisation to ensure the project runs smoothly and on track. About you In this role it is imperative that you are an organised individual with the ability to logically categorise a high volume of confidential information into folders and libraries – therefore self-motivation skills are a must You will have good interpersonal and communication skills, along with previous data entry experience and will be competent with office equipment such as scanners.
