The Governing Body at Pencoed Comprehensive and Croesty Primary are seeking to appoint a hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated Premises Manager.
Under the direction of the Headteacher and School Business Manager, the Premises Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, security and facilities management services of the premises and site of Croesty Primary School. The role includes providing support to the Operations Manager at Pencoed Comprehensive School, ensuring the smooth running of both school environments.
In September 2024, Pencoed Comprehensive School was inspected by Estyn, the inspection report highlights the fact that the school community fosters a profound sense of belonging, ensuring that both pupils and staff feel valued, and treated equitably.Croesty Primary School was inspected by Estyn in November 2022 and it was noted that “The school has a strong team ethos, where all staff work collaboratively on improvement priorities.” Closing Date: Friday 31 January 2025 - 9.00am.
