Are you passionate about education and the development of NHS Continuing Healthcare? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Continuing Healthcare educator from a nursing background, to work with Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB Continuing Healthcare team.
As the CHC Training & Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of CHC education and training programmes for all staff within Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB and key contact for the CHC training requirements of external stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
* To develop, facilitate, implement and, where appropriate lead, education and training as required, to meet the requirements of national and local initiatives across the CHC team, system partners and wider stakeholders.
* Plan, organise and facilitate training and development events/courses.
* Ensure a rolling training programme is in place to ensure consistency of service delivery to ensure NHS CHC Framework delivered according to statutory responsibilities.
* Address core training for core CHC operational staff as well as bespoke training & individual development needs to specific groups i.e. IPA, business support.
* Responsible for the development of learning materials, including the appropriate curation of materials from existing sources and the creation of new materials to meet identified needs.
* Responsible for ensuring excellence in the staff learning experience through analysis of data from feedback surveys and evaluation audits.
* Triangulate learning from complaints, IRPs and appeals to ensure themes are captured and training is tailored to gaps in quality and/or performance.
* Ensure consistency in use of digital systems across operational and administration staff.
* Responsible for annual training needs analysis across the team.
* Working collaboratively with key staff involved in the CHC process.
