Operations Assistant to Eimear Gourley (aka NI Property Girl) Location: Lisburn HQ Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hours: Part-time - Monday - Thursday - 9-5 Salary - £30,000 Pro rata Note: To apply, please submit CV and a video of yourself answering the questions at the bottom of this advert. Are you the kind of person who finishes someone’s sentence before they even say it? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same? Do you handle pressure with the grace of a seasoned professional while keeping everything (and everyone) in check? We’re looking for an Operations assistant to support Eimear Gourley, Director of NI Property Girl and NI Property Academy. This isn’t just about managing diaries and emails (though you’ll do that too)—it’s about being Eimear’s right-hand person, ensuring the smooth running of the business and staying five steps ahead at all times. What You’ll Be Doing: • Acting as a gatekeeper—filtering messages, prioritising tasks, and keeping distractions at bay. • Managing schedules, booking meetings, and ensuring Eimear is always where she needs to be (with everything she needs). • Handling high-level communications—crafting emails, liaising with clients, and making sure nothing gets lost in translation. • Anticipating problems before they arise and solving them before anyone even notices. • Keeping an eye on key business projects—tracking progress, following up with the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly. • Occasionally stepping into events and projects to make sure things go off without a hitch. • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality. What We’re Looking For: • A Donna Paulsen-level of intuition—you just know what needs to be done. • Impeccable organisation skills—if there’s chaos, you bring order. • Excellent communication—written, verbal, and unspoken (because sometimes, a raised eyebrow says it all). • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you make things happen. • The ability to work at pace, prioritise like a pro, and manage multiple things at once without breaking a sweat. • A solid understanding of social media, property, and business (or at least a willingness to learn fast). Experience using Google Workspace products. • Experience as a PA, EA, or similar role.. Experience in the property industry desirable but not necessary What You’ll Get: • A dynamic, supportive work environment with a fast-growing business. • The chance to work closely with Eimear and the NI Property Girl team, playing a key role in shaping the company’s future. • A role where your opinion matters—you won’t just be taking notes; you’ll be influencing decisions. • Competitive salary and the opportunity to grow within the company. This is not a job for someone who just wants to follow a to-do list. This is for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, loves working closely with a driven entrepreneur, and enjoys making things happen. If that’s you, apply now—and tell us why you’re the person Eimear can’t live without. To apply, email your CV and a video of yourself answering the following three questions: What are your three best attributes? Why are you suitable for this position? What is your best success in life? Successful applicants will be invited to a group interview stage. Email infonipropertygirl.com
