Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP with Hybrid working
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am-18:00pm
Salary: £26,500 per annum, plus Fantastic benefits and commission
Role Overview
This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products and health assessments in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission.
What you’ll do:
1. Taking incoming customer calls and proactively making outbound calls to customers to get them to book their health assessment, generate revenue, and hit your monthly target.
2. Responding to emails and resolving queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolved and actioning changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated accurately and timely.
3. Upgrading and cross-selling products to increase your revenue stream and enhance your results against your target.
What you’ll bring:
1. Experience in a customer service/sales environment with strong customer-focused skills and the ability to upsell added products.
2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to adapt to a high-achieving sales team and be responsible for both individual and team targets.
4. Experience speaking with customers over the phone or via email.
5. Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
6. PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages and the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deal with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.
8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressured environment.
9. Ability to remain positive and calm while projecting a ‘can do’ attitude within the team/department.
