Overview: Favio is a rapidly growing HR Services provider with a proven track record of servicing corporate clients’ needs in Barbados and the Caribbean region. Due to high-client demand, we are seeking to add someone to the Barbados team to assist with Interviewing potential candidates/filtering advert responses at the non-executive/leadership level. This exciting role has the potential to grow into an Executive level recruiter and comes with part office/remote working flexibility, a competitive basic salary and a generous bonus scheme based on results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Reviewing incoming CVs and matching clients job descriptions.
* Searching for potential candidates on the CV database.
* Contacting job seekers to notify of new vacancies to gauge interest.
* Conducting pre-screen interviews to ascertain potential vacancy fit.
* Co-ordinating interview arrangements for candidates and clients.
* Contacting candidates/clients to obtain post-interview feedback.
* Communicating with new/existing clients to discuss vacancy requirements.
* Updating CV database with all recruitment-based activity.
* Acting as the initial point of contact for incoming inquiries and forwarding to the relevant department.
* Notifying the team of any recruitment-related activities that would benefit the organization in obtaining new clients or increasing job-seeker applications.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Minimum BSc. In an HR/business related discipline.
* Experience in interviewing potential job applicants is essential.
* Previous work in an HR administrative role a distinct advantage.
* Competent with MS-Office and CRM Database management.
* Excellent written/oral communication skills.
* Clean driving license and own a reliable vehicle.
